Returns and Exchanges

We gladly accept returns for store credit or exchange on eligible items purchased directly from our online store within 30 days of delivery.

Please note that we do not offer refunds.

In order to be eligible for an exchange, merchandise must not be worn, altered or damaged and must have all original packaging. Brother Vellies reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our requirements.

Once your return request has been submitted through our Returns Portal, please allow up to 5 business days for our team to approve your request. Once approved, your return label will be emailed to you.

Processing time for returns and exchanges may vary and take up to 7 business days from receipt of the return, at which time you will receive your store credit, or your exchange order will be released for fulfillment.

Sample Sale and Preorder purchases are Final Sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
